Service and Industry (Associate) Membership in MHCO is reserved for firms providing services or products to manufactured home communities/parks. Companies owning or managing communities MUST also maintain Community Membership for all property(ies). A management company or parent company owning multiple parks may not utilize one community membership for another community managed.

The MHCO "Community Update" newsletter is published 4 times a year. The publication size averages 28-36 pages. The newsletter contains information on important industry topics and upcoming events. Issue & Closing Dates: Deadlines for reserving space are January 1, April 1, July 1, October 1. Deadlines for original artwork/camera ready copy and pre-payment must be received at MHCO by January 15, April 15, July 15, October 15. All current MHCO Association Members receive a 15% discount on advertising placed exclusively for the member. Discounted rates only apply if ads run in consecutive issues and if the contract is prepaid in full. Additional charges apply to premium pages and color other than black ink. MHCO will make every effort to comply with your advertising requests; however, we reserve the right to make the final decision on ad location, or appropriateness of ad content.
