Service and Industry (Associate) Membership in MHCO is reserved for firms providing services or products to manufactured home communities/parks. Companies owning or managing communities MUST also maintain Community Membership for all property(ies). A management company or parent company owning multiple parks may not utilize one community membership for another community managed.

Issue & Closing Dates: Deadlines for reserving space are January 1, March 1, May 1, July 1, September 1 and November 1. Deadlines for original artwork/camera ready copy and pre-payment must be received at MHCO by January 15, March 15, May 15, July 15, September 15 and November 15. All current MHCO Association Members receive a 20% discount. Discounted rates only apply if ads run in consecutive issues and if the contract is prepaid in full. Additional charges apply to premium pages and color other than black ink. MHCO will make every effort to comply with your advertising requests; however, we reserve the right to make the final decision on ad location, or appropriateness of ad content.
