Becoming a member of MHCO has never been easier. Join the hundreds of communities which have already taken an active role in the Manufactured Housing Community. If you would like to find out more regarding membership, view our Why You Should Join? section. Each community/park must carry its own membership. Multiple park owners should maintain a membership for each park. Fill out and print the form and fax it to MHCO if you are so inclined.

Manufactured Housing Communities of Oregon (MHCO) offers a large selection of forms. These forms are designed to be used in situations that are typically found in the management and operation of Manufactured Home Communities. Here are summaries of the forms we offer.
 
Service and Industry Membership Application
Service and Industry Membership in MHCO is reserved for firms providing services or products to manufactured home communities/recreational vehicle parks. Becoming an Associate Member allows you to advertise in the Community Update newsletter and have a listing on the web site, which shows your support to MHCO. Firms owning or managing communities must also maintain Community Membership for property(ies). You may also fill out the form, then print your order and fax it to MHCO if you are so inclined.
